Karissa Putnam

I am a Senior Field Trainer, I train our field installation and service technicians on our new, existing, and legacy products provided by Stryker Endoscopy and Communications. I enjoy what I do because my journey here at Stryker has taken me full circle through the process of working with our equipment within the operating room, onto the production floor watching it being manufactured, to teaching our teams the importance of installation and maintenance for the wellbeing of our customers and the patients we affect worldwide.
